Understand your Passport, what each page means, and what happens when you use its controls.
Human Passports are publicly live. Other classes are internal preview. This guide does not change eligibility, permissions or the current legal policies.
Sign in and create an account
Use your existing account to return to the same Human Passport, rather than creating another identity.
Create an account
Choose the account creation option, enter the requested details and complete the required age and legal checkboxes. Follow any email confirmation instructions before signing in. Do not create a second account to work around an access problem; contact Support instead.
Returning users
Use the same sign-in method you used before. Google sign-in uses the available Google flow; email sign-in uses your account email and password. Your PPID is not entered into the OVIN password field.
Required terms
The required terms notice blocks account pages until every required checkbox is checked and acceptance is saved. Leaving and returning does not count as acceptance. Once saved, the same version should not ask again; a later terms version may require a new acceptance.
Cannot get in?
Use Forgot password for a password reset, check email confirmation messages, or contact Support with your Support ID and a description of the problem. Never send your password, recovery link or private PPID in a ticket.
